To expand our Vocational Integration team, we are looking for support for the Accompa offer. Consultant Vocational Integration Your main tasks • Accompanying apprentices in basic training • Support at the start of apprenticeship and evaluation of necessary measures (tutoring) in consultation with apprentices, training companies, and the vocational school • Conducting individual and recurring counseling sessions • Contact person for all training-related questions • Regular exchange with all involved bodies such as the Vocational Training Office, Social Office, training companies, vocational schools • Organization of individual tutoring for the apprentices of the offer • Comprehensive case management and documentation to the responsible bodies Your profile • Qualified education or further training in the coaching field • Sound knowledge of the educational landscape and vocational training in Switzerland • Very good organizational and administrative skills, high IT affinity • Strong problem-solving skills as well as high social competence and resilience • Independent way of working and a great sense of responsibility, but also enjoyment of close cooperation in a team We offer an interesting, varied everyday working life in a meaningful environment as well as a wide field of activity with a lot of personal responsibility.
