We care for our residents and their loved ones with professional competence and a lot of human commitment in often complex situations. High-quality treatment, care, and support therefore require specific knowledge in geriatrics as well as individually adapted support in the health, social, or psychological fields.

That is why our multi-professional team works in close collaboration. It is composed of doctors, nursing professionals, a social worker, activation specialists, therapists, as well as pastoral care persons.

Direct applications are preferred, external placement agencies will not be considered.

Here is where you commit yourself

• Practical basic care of our residents
• You work in different care services of our care center
• Documentation, planning and evaluation of care in collaboration with the referring nurse under supervision
• Design of daily organization and the offers of occupation and accompaniment of residents
• Housekeeping tasks
• General help in all areas of the service

You

• have completed an SRK care assistant course
• have experience as a care assistant in long-term care
• possess excellent oral and written skills in German
• are a motivated and empathetic person

Our complete and interprofessional offer includes long-term care, rehabilitation, accompaniment of people suffering from dementia as well as a day center. Thanks to the direct connection to the Limmattal acute hospital, medical care is ensured 24h/24. The Spital Limmattal care center is located in the immediate vicinity of the city of Zurich, only three S-Bahn stations from the central station.
