Your new responsibilities ###

• Responsibility for the technical and disciplinary management of the kitchen studio team
• Responsibility for achieving turnover objectives in the kitchen studio
• Responsibility for the attractive presentation of goods in the kitchen studio
• Competent advice and enthusiasm for customers in our modern Pfister kitchen studios
• Inspiring customers with our attractive and varied assortment
• Planning and selling dream kitchens to our customers using the Carat planning tool
• Responsible for the preparation and execution of the offer up to the sales contract
• Continuous development of the kitchen studio salespersons
• Regular exchanges with the director and other branch managers
• Permanent exchange with the kitchen logistics and after-sales teams to ensure the smooth running of orders

What you bring ###

• Pleasure in intensive contact with customers regarding advice
• Experience in sales or kitchen assembly
• Very good spatial representation ability and creativity
• Experience with digital planning systems (furniture, kitchens, space planning)
• Experience in managing a team of 2-3 people
• Vocational training
• Rapid understanding and solution-oriented action
• A confident and winning attitude
