Solution Architect (m/f/d) Solution Architect (m/f/d) / GenAI / Conversational AI / Genesys Integration / Cloud (AWS / Kubernetes) /100%/ ZH Project: Within the framework of a GenAI platform, innovative voice capabilities are being developed and productively integrated. The goal is the seamless connection of a telephony system (Genesys) to a scalable AI platform within the banking architecture. Tasks: Solution Architecture & Integration: Conception and implementation of the integration of Genesys with the GenAI platform including data ingestion, model training, as well as API/endpoint design End-to-End Architecture Design: Development of scalable, secure and regulatorily compliant architectures across Cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem systems Technical Standards & Blueprints: Definition and establishment of architectural specifications for databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, MSSQL), applications and platforms Voice/AI Use Cases: Implementation and integration of Speech-to-Text (ASR) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) solutions System Integration: Ensuring the smooth integration of AI components into existing system landscapes (Cloud & Legacy) Stakeholder Collaboration: Close cooperation with Business Engineering, IT Architecture and Security to translate business requirements into technical solutions Requirements: Several years of experience in the DevOps / Solution Architecture environment (5-8 years) Sound knowledge in system design & integration patterns (Microservices, Event-driven Architecture, APIs) Experience with Genesys as well as integration of telephony/voice systems Strong cloud expertise (AWS preferred, Azure an advantage) Experience with Kubernetes / container orchestration Know-how in AI/voice technologies (ASR, TTS) Experience in the integration of AI solutions into complex IT landscapes (Cloud & On-Prem) Knowledge in regulated environments (e.g. banking) is an advantage Languages: German: C2 English: C1 Reference nr: 925104MH Role: Solution Architect (m/f/d) Region: Zürich and region Utilization: 100 % (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: End date: Application deadline: Should this position have aroused your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
