In this versatile function, you will take on responsibility along the entire internal flow of goods and actively contribute to the optimization of our processes. Your area of responsibility Planning of assembly requirements based on historical data and customer forecasts; derivation of future requirements and maintenance of corresponding disposition parameters in SAP Implementation of planning in concrete production orders and purchases to ensure stock and availability Ensuring the provision of goods, including control and feedback of production orders and storage in the AKL Recording and maintaining production-relevant processes and master data in SAP, in particular material master data for semi- and finished parts as well as purchasing-relevant master data for assembly processing via the extended workbench Monitoring of internal assembly orders as well as orders with external partners; ensuring material availability for customer orders Updating data in case of deadline changes as well as communication with internal and external contacts Coordinating the flow of information between sales, purchasing, and logistics, especially in case of deadline deviations or other relevant topics Coordinating, controlling, and monitoring partners in the extended workbench, including finding solutions to order problems, condition and billing agreements, as well as coordinating the provision of semi-finished parts Processing error messages and initiating suitable corrective measures Continuously improving assembly and planning processes through process optimization and digitization in cooperation with IT, project teams, departments, and master data managers Your profile Technical or commercial basic training Several years of experience in production planning, demand planning, or material requirement planning Special knowledge: experience in analyzing planning data and planning processes in SAP R/3; ideally experience in managing production or assembly partners Strong communication skills, enjoyment of working in an assembly environment, and a pronounced hands-on mentality Very good German language skills in writing and speaking Solid SAP experience, advanced MS Excel skills; experience with the ORBIS warehouse system is an advantage Are you interested?
