Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. We are currently looking for a Specialist Planner Civil Engineering 100% for our client.

Your tasks:

• Creation of civil engineering, drainage, and sewerage concepts
• Cooperation with authorities for permits
• Determination of phase-appropriate master builder and civil engineering costs
• Tendering and awarding of specialist planner and subcontractor services, primarily in the areas of special civil engineering, civil engineering, structural engineering, and landscaping
• Control and monitoring of planning processes and deadlines in cooperation with the project team

Your profile:

• Successful vocational training as a draughtsman, site manager, master builder, civil engineering technician, or civil engineer
• Very good entrepreneurial thinking in development, planning, and negotiations
• Experience in structural and civil engineering
• Business fluent German skills (at least C1, oral and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Messerli
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, as well as an independent, committed, and entrepreneurial way of working
• Flexibility and readiness to perform
