Your tasks • Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable • Responsibility for the dunning process • Processing of all bank and payment transactions • Preparation of VAT returns and reconciliations for domestic and foreign business • Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings • Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in cooperation with the external auditing body • Preparation of the weekly liquidity and budget control • Collaboration in the standardization, digitalization, and optimization of financial processes (e.g., ERP topics) Your profile • Completed commercial training, with further training in accounting • Several years of experience in accounting • Experience in handling ERP systems - BC 365 is an advantage • Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage • High reliability and sense of responsibility • Structured, careful, and reliable way of working Optional •Independent and timely processing of payroll This activity can be taken over at a later date We offer An independent activity in a family-like working environment.
