Accountant 60 – 80 % (m/f/d)

Are you a responsible, numbers-oriented personality who enjoys independently managing an accounting department and performs your tasks professionally and with high precision? Do you describe yourself as a team player with a solution-oriented approach? Then we are looking exactly for you!

Your tasks

• Independent management of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Responsibility for the dunning process
• Processing of all bank and payment transactions
• Preparation of VAT returns and reconciliations for domestic and foreign business
• Support with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Preparation of the consolidated financial statements in cooperation with the external auditing body
• Preparation of the weekly liquidity and budget control
• Collaboration in the standardization, digitalization, and optimization of financial processes (e.g., ERP topics)

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, with further training in accounting
• Several years of experience in accounting
• Experience in handling ERP systems - BC 365 is an advantage
• Business fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good English skills are an advantage
• High reliability and sense of responsibility
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working
