Your tasks ## • Telephone consultation of our (international) guests • Ensuring telephone availability • Providing specialist information about the entire Grand Resort • Supporting the F&B administration department • Supporting the department with room reservations • Ongoing maintenance and updating of the guest database Your profile ## • Experience in a comparable position, preferably in the hotel industry, desirable • Enjoyment of upscale hospitality and interaction with international guests • Open and communicative personality • High service willingness • Excellent German and English skills in word and writing (additional foreign languages an advantage)
