Your tasks You ###

• prepare reporting, budgets and forecasts, analyze the evolution of turnover and costs and perform variance analysis.
• develop and maintain a financial impact model that represents the links between tasks, the time required, costs and risks.
• analyze specific services and business areas, perform calculations and forecasts in this regard and develop the indicator system as well as management accounting.
• answer financial questions independently and work in close collaboration with the division management.
• implement risk-based controlling, monitor economic development and quickly identify variances, risks and needs for action.

Your profile You ###

• have a degree in business administration with a specialization in finance or management controlling.
• have several years of experience in management controlling, preferably in the service sector.
• recognize operational and financial cause-and-effect relationships and can represent them in understandable models, analyses and indicators.
• have good knowledge of Excel and ideally also experience with Power BI as well as the use of AI.
• work independently, structured and reliably and contribute your experience proactively to this newly created position.
