Vocational Trainer Construction 80 - 100%, Seedorf

Your tasks

• Technical and personal guidance of our design apprentices
• Planning and implementation of modern vocational training
• Conveying knowledge in design, mechanical engineering, and CAD
• Assessment and promotion of the apprentices
• Cooperation with vocational schools, parents, and internal specialist departments
• Collaboration in prototype construction

In addition, you will also be active yourself as a designer or project manager

• Developing and designing individual breaking and screening plants using state-of-the-art 3D CAD systems.
• Accompanying projects from design to manufacturing, including the creation of all production-relevant documents.

What you bring with you

• Training as a Konstrukteur/in EFZ or comparable technical training
• Further training as a vocational trainer or willingness to do so
• Several years of experience as a designer and/or project manager
• Sound knowledge of 2D/3D CAD
• Joy in dealing with young people
• Patience, empathy, and organizational talent
