What you can achieve with us You actively support the contract managers and the team management regarding topics of partner management. You coordinate and perform administrative, organizational, and technical tasks in partner management and ensure reliable processing of contract management, including quality assurance. You check the quality of the services provided and conduct quality discussions with the persons responsible for the service providers and jointly define measures for quality improvement. You are regularly in exchange with the service providers of the IV-Stelle Bern. You clean up documents and ensure clean documentation. You are responsible for the internal administration of content, addresses, and the creation of statistical data processing according to specifications. Your tasks are supplemented by the project-based processing of specific issues. They are very diverse and varied. Which skills are important to us You have a degree of a federal certificate of proficiency (eidgenössisches Fähigkeitszeugnis) in the commercial sector. Ideally, you have experience in contract and/or project management. We are looking for a person with good Excel skills and an affinity for data and its evaluation. You enjoy working analytically, prepare information in a structured manner, and support quality processes with evaluations. You are interested in quality management and collaborative partnership with service providers in vocational integration. You know how to use social media in a targeted and responsible manner for information and networking. Personal responsibility and teamwork are not opposites for you. You enjoy working with digital tools and are interested in AI to make processes more efficient and smarter. We are a bilingual (German-French) company; therefore, active knowledge of the respective other language is desired.
