You will strengthen the national commercial activities of Avesco Rent by defining clear priorities, implementing reliable sales processes, and focusing heavily on growth opportunities. In collaboration with the CEO, the regions, Inside Sales, marketing, and operations, you will transform market potential into concrete and measurable actions.

You will directly lead the Inside Sales team and ensure the functional responsibility of the sales teams. You are close to the customers and will travel regularly throughout Switzerland.

Your responsibilities

Sales Excellence

• Implement a common commercial approach across all regions and all sales channels
• Define national commercial priorities, objectives, and action plans
• Train and support commercial employees on standards and tools
• Support sales teams in the management of key accounts, framework agreements, and large projects
• Define and develop ERP/CRM processes as well as data quality from a commercial perspective
• Develop a common customer segmentation model and ensure its practical application
• Coordinate commercial topics with Inside Sales, marketing, and operations

Business Development and lead generation

• Identify growth potential by region, customer segment, and application area
• Define acquisition priorities and translate them into concrete commercial activities
• Ensure rapid follow-up of inquiries, ongoing offers, and structured lead management
• Evolve Inside Sales towards a proactive commercial support and lead generation function
• Launch targeted acquisition actions in collaboration with marketing and the regions
• Use CRM data, dashboards, and market feedback to drive activities
• Regularly present reporting on the sales pipeline, conversion rate, risks, opportunities, and recommended measures

Your profile

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or in a commercial management function
• Customer and growth-oriented personality, with excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and digital sales tools
• Analytical mindset and ability to transform data into concrete actions
• Strong ability to bring structure, rhythm, and rigorous follow-up within commercial organizations
• Experience in the construction, machinery, rental, industry sector, or a comparable technical environment
• Proficiency in German and French; English is an asset
• Availability to travel regularly throughout Switzerland
