Senior ICT System Engineer

Your activities. • Realization of deployment projects (Cloud & On-Premise/Workplace & Infrastructure) • Maintenance and further development of existing customer systems in the SME environment • Support of the Service Desk in 2nd-level support • Management of documentation and creation of configuration instructions • Promotion of know-how transfer to team colleagues What you should bring with you. • Training as an Informatiker*in EFZ, ideally with specialist further training (HF/FH) • Several years of experience in a comparable position • Sound specialist knowledge with products from MS, Citrix, VMware etc. (certifications an advantage) • Team player with high quality standards • Stylish communication in German and English
