A Fiduciary and Family Management firm well-established in the local economic fabric, our mission is to provide high-quality work and to support our clients daily in the implementation, monitoring, and economic development of their activity. Accountant / Tax Specialist with fiduciary experience (activity rate to be defined between 80% to 100%)

Your profile:

Benefiting from at least 5 years of professional experience within a fiduciary company, you have a marked interest in accounting and taxation.

You are capable of taking over any accounting, working autonomously, you have a good sense of organization and a good analytical capacity.

You have a sense of quality work, responsibilities, and strictly respect confidentiality.

You enjoy working in a team in a healthy work environment, with a long-term and human-centered vision.

Your responsibilities:

As a collaborator of a consulting firm active in the accounting and tax field for a demanding clientele, you will be required to perform the following tasks on behalf of our clients:

• Bookkeeping of Swiss SMEs ;
• Establishment of closings and preparation of annual accounts ;
• Assistance with closings and controls ;
• Preparation of VAT returns and other AFC forms ;
• Taxation of natural and legal persons ;
• Payroll processing, social security contributions, and HR administration ;
• Management of supplier invoices and payments.
• Implementation and development of accounting tools ;
• Auditing of Swiss companies (limited audits, special audits, and succinct examinations) ;
• Advice to companies and individuals ;
• Execution of other usual fiduciary work and administrative follow-up.
• Management of a client portfolio ;

Skills sought:

Ability to manage many mandates in parallel and to find pragmatic and result-oriented solutions. Confirmed experience in the fiduciary field in Switzerland. Very good knowledge of Win Biz, Dr Tax, and other accounting tools such as Bexio or ODOO. Mastery of standard IT tools such as MS Office (Outlook, Excel in particular)

Personality:

Rigorous and precise, capable of handling both periodic and one-off tasks. Conscientious person who attaches great importance to respecting customer service and deadlines. You have good stress resistance, as well as a very good capacity for adaptation and integration. Committed and versatile person wishing to balance quality of life and motivating work.

Minimum required profile:

Minimum 5 years with a fiduciary company. Confirmed experience in the accounting management of multiple files. Comfortable with IT tools. Native French speaker with good knowledge of English or German is a plus.
