Application Technician (m/w/d)
Your tasks
Assembly and commissioning of the standard machine, KA assemblies, measuring controls, and loading systems
Setting up and programming the systems
Running in and optimizing the grinding processes according to specifications from project planning
Carrying out the machine acceptance together with the customer on site
Cleaning and dismantling of the systems
Maintaining the machine checklists
Documentation of the machine versions as well as the developed processes
Assembly and commissioning of the systems at the customer's factory
Final acceptance of the systems on site at the customer
Training of employees on site at the customer
Your qualifications
Completed basic training as Polymechaniker EFZ and several years of professional experience
Sound CNC knowledge
Knowledge in cylindrical grinding
Independent, resilient, and team-oriented personality
Language skills in English, ösisch and Italian are an advantage
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
Driver's license category B
