In the benefits area, we are looking for you as a Clerk Benefit Coordination Your tasks: • In this exciting field of activity, your focus is on the granting of cost approvals in the medication area - price models and off-label use according to Article 71 of the Ordinance on Health Insurance (KVV) - and initiating the associated claims against pharmaceutical companies • To this end, you will work closely with the medical advisory service, the service providers, and the pharmaceutical companies • Daily work includes checking decisions from the disability, military, and accident insurance, as well as reclaiming insurance benefits • In addition, you process invoices in all outpatient specialist departments • For the clarifications necessary for this, you are regularly in telephone and written contact with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, as well as other service providers and competently answer the inquiries of our insured persons After the induction period, you will have the opportunity to work in the home office up to two days per week.
