HR Administrator (FR/ALL) \- Long term About the role As an HR Administrator, you will join a small team of two people and play a key role in the administrative management of personnel. The company is present in several cantons of Switzerland. We offer you A role in a fast-growing company, with a Try\&Hire format: 6 months on contract with Academic Work and then a CDI within the company. The opportunity to practice your German daily with the new branch in German-speaking Switzerland. A responsibility-driven work environment. Tasks Take charge of the administrative management of the employee life cycle (contracts, amendments, files). Ensure rigorous monitoring of absences, holidays, and social insurance declarations (sickness, accident, maternity). Collaborate actively in the monthly preparation of salaries.
