Area of responsibility
You can expect an exciting area of responsibility with an extensive commercial portfolio, which you will manage competently from A to Z together with a clerk. You develop strategies for the successful rental and management of the properties and are responsible for corresponding budgets. You are in regular contact with the owners and tenants. In addition, you coordinate the maintenance of the buildings with caretakers and craftsmen.
The clerk is led by you.
Your qualifications
Further education as a real estate property manager with federal diploma
Profound professional experience in the management of commercial properties (min. 5 years)
Representative appearance and strong communication skills
Business-fluent German skills in speaking and writing
