Audi Revolut F1 Team is the official factory team of Audi, as the brand enters the FIA Formula 1 World Championship for the first time in 2026.

The team is based in three locations: the power unit is developed by Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg, Germany; the chassis is engineered and race operations are managed from the state-of-the-art facilities of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland; while the Audi Motorsport Technology Centre UK in Bicester, United Kingdom, provides a foothold in the heart of -Motorsport Valley-, with direct access to top F1 talent and key strategic partners.

An exciting opportunity has opened for a skilled Live Experience Manager to join the Audi Revolut F1 Team. If motorsport is your passion, event management your strength, and you thrive in fast-paced environments with a calm, hands-on approach, this could be your next move. You will play a key role in delivering premium off-track experiences for guests, partners, and the team at the highest level.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Your mission

• Plan and deliver world-class live experiences, including launch events, partner and media activations, signature events, driving experiences, fan engagement initiatives, and exclusive off-track hospitality
• Plan and manage end-to-end event production, including concept development, venue selection, guest management, on-site execution, content, hospitality & catering, digital integration, logistics and supplier coordination 
• Oversee operational execution, ensuring seamless guest experiences, from registration and arrival to on-site engagement and program, catering and post-event follow-up
• Define and uphold brand and service standards, ensuring Audi Revolut F1 Team identity
• Ensure seamless integration of digital and interactive elements, enhancing engagement through latest technologies
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges to maintain high guest satisfaction
• Continuously analyze performance, refine processes and drive operational improvements
• Implement quality control measures to maintain highest execution standards
• Manage budgeting, cost control and financial planning 
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and project management with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring their performance aligns with project requirements
• Contribute to on-track events as needed

Your profile

• University degree in one of the following fields or a similar qualification: Event Management, Marketing/Communications, Sports Management, Tourism Management, or Business Administration
• Min. 5+ years of experience in Event Management is expected (preferably in F1, motorsports, premium automotive, luxury or sports) 
• Understanding of Formula 1 and motorsport culture, along with experience in premium brand environments and driving events is a big plus
• Excellent project and event management skills
• Pro-active problem-solver with ability to adapt to high-pressure, face-paced environments
• Strong service mindset, ensuring world-class experiences and always positive attitude
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in standard Mircosoft Office software
• Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
