Within our Brasserie 1519 restaurant, you will take orders and accompany our guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and creativity, while using appropriate sales techniques. A true ambassador of the W experience, as a Chef de rang you contribute to achieving service objectives and ensure the impeccable cleanliness and presentation of the tables. You control the bills and facilitate payments with rigor and fluidity. Passionate about the art of hosting, you create memorable and personalized moments for our guests, respecting standards and responding to the needs of your Talent Coach. PROFILE Extroverted, dynamic, attentive, and empathetic. Proficiency in French and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus. Likes working in an international, innovative, and bold team. Impeccable presentation, reflecting the image and values of the W brand. BAC PRO / CFC / BTS Restauration or at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Motivation, passion for detail, and commitment to offering an exceptional customer experience. Interest in the brand values: taste, sound, body, scene, and expression.
