Your tasks:

• Creation of export lists via PASSAR
• Creation of shipping documents and consignment notes
• Communication with freight forwarders, customs authorities and SECO
• Customer communication
• Cross-departmental organization of shipping activities
• Processing of national and international shipping orders
• Shipment tracking
• Representation in export control

Your profile:

• Training as a (freight forwarding) clerk or further training as an export clerk
• Knowledge in customs clearance
• Knowledge in logistics and export processing
• Knowledge in export control is an advantage
• Experience in international shipping business
• Good knowledge of Incoterms
• Communication talent, friendly appearance and teamwork skills
• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
