As a franchise partner, we operate Burger King, five Starbucks branches and five stores of the British brand Prêt a Manger.

We are looking for you starting immediately for our Pret a Manger at Flughafen Zürich as

Shift Supervisor 100% (m/f/d)

After an intensive multi-week induction, you will take on the following activities:

• Operative assistance in the management of the store
• Active support of the team
• Control and implementation of standards
• Assistance in the creation of duty and holiday planning
• Assistance in the recruitment, training, development and leadership of the Team Members
• Ordering processes as well as various other administrative tasks
• Deputy of the Front Manager during his/her absence

For this, you bring:

• Professional experience in gastronomy
• Experience in the field of system catering and shift leadership is an advantage
• Independent and responsible working style
• Friendly and well-groomed appearance
• Team spirit and resilience
• Good German or English skills
• Possibility to reach the airport by train
