Your tasks: • Recruitment of medical professionals: You take over the entire recruiting process from profile definition via direct approach to the successful placement of doctors, nursing specialists, and other medical specialists. You know how to recognize and mediate the needs of both sides (customers & candidates). • High initiative & quality awareness: Entrepreneurial thinking, independence, and a structured way of working characterize you. • Language skills: German at native speaker level; further language skills, especially English or French, are an advantage.
