Main responsibilities

• Develop and manage the Integrated Management System (IMS) to support process efficiency and the continuous improvement of company practices
• Ensure control of the system documentation and ensure the consistent update of associated processes, procedures, instructions, and records
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) to support the continuous improvement of overall performance
• Plan, prepare, and conduct IMS internal audits, then ensure the follow-up of findings and associated action plans
• Drive preventive and corrective actions, support changes related to the management system, and contribute to its application across different departments

Profile ###

Desired profile

• Higher technical education completed with a specialization in quality management, for example TQ3 or training deemed equivalent
• Good mastery of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards; knowledge of ISO 14001 = an asset
• Training or experience in project management and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Experience in a comparable role, ideally within an industrial environment
• Rigor, analytical mindset, autonomy, and ease in the monitoring and improvement of structured processes
