For our client in the Lugano area, we are looking for a butcher (M/F/D) immediately Job description ## • The resource will be integrated into the production department and will be responsible for the processing of meats in compliance with high quality standards and company procedures • Deboning, sectioning, and trimming of beef, pork and/or other types • Preparation of raw materials destined for the various production lines • Meat processing according to technical specifications and company quality standards • Use of professional cutlery and machinery for food processing • Quality control of raw materials and the product during the different production phases • Compliance with HACCP regulations, hygienic-sanitary procedures, and safety regulations • Cleaning and sanitization of the workstation and equipment • Collaboration with the production team to ensure efficiency, quality, and respect for timelines We expect ## • Butcher with proven experience in industrial or artisanal meat processing • Excellent knowledge of cutting, deboning, and meat processing techniques • Knowledge of HACCP regulations and food hygiene standards • Precision, reliability, and a strong orientation towards quality • Good resistance to working in refrigerated environments • Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic production context We offer ## • Temporary work with the possibility of permanent placement after 3 months • Salary conditions according to CCL Lugano (6900 Lugano) Your contact person ### Alessandra Barbiero +41 91 601 95 00 a.barbiero@team.jobs Ad number 2a9j6t online since 06.08.2026
