Your tasks

• Business Partner for the clinics and specialist departments
• Creation and further development of financial reporting for management and clinic management
• Collaboration in the creation and monitoring of cost and performance accounting according to REKOLE®
• Creation and monitoring of the budget in cooperation with the clinic management
• Support in the preparation of statutory and contractual data collection as well as tariff bases (ITAR_K®)
• Further development of controlling instruments, processes and evaluations
• Collaboration in cross-departmental projects and/or management of specialist projects

Your profile

• Completed business administration training (Uni, FH/HF or comparable)
• Several years of professional experience in management accounting / in controlling in the healthcare sector, preferably in a hospital, is required
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent and structured way of working
• High service orientation and confident appearance
• Very good knowledge of Excel and ideally experience with SAP and BI or reporting tools
