What you will be doing Procure the spirits assortment as well as conduct tenders for the best possible price-performance ratio. Manage a sustainable supplier portfolio and conduct contract negotiations. Conceptually develop and implement the product group strategy with regard to brands and private labels. Manage the existing assortment, control promotional business, and source new suppliers, assortments, and products. Create market, assortment, and promotional analyses and actively observe the market and competition. Closely collaborate with other internal interfaces, particularly Quality Management, Marketing, Sales, and Logistics. What you bring Education: Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Field of study: advantageous in the field of purchasing/marketing Professional experience: 3-5 years of professional experience in product management in retail or a comparable position Analytical thinking and quick comprehension with a high degree of initiative. Strong communication skills and sovereignty in dealing with diverse stakeholder groups. Service-oriented and resilient personality with a high customer and market orientation. Expertise in purchasing and category management in the spirits sector.
