LERNBAHN is a brand of the Schaffhauser Sonderschulen and accompanies children and adolescents with various impairments - integratively in regular schools as well as at five of its own locations in the Canton of Schaffhausen. Over 570 employees are committed daily to ensuring that children and adolescents have the best possible development and educational opportunities.

Area G, Schulhaus Granatenbaumgut, starting 1 February 2027 or by arrangement

You start the day in exchange with teachers, accompany demanding situations with calmness and clarity, and ensure that children, employees, and families find orientation. In Area G of the Lernbahn, together with a committed team, you shape a school everyday life in which students with cognitive and multiple impairments are seen holistically and can develop at their own pace.

As supplementary school management, you assume the pedagogical and personnel leadership in Cycle 2 with around five classes, as well as supervision of the internal school day structure. You work closely with the school management team and the teachers. The position does not include membership in the executive management.

What you bring with you:

• An EDK recognized teaching diploma, ideally a Master of Arts in Special Needs Education.
• Additional training in management, for example CAS Schulleitung, or the willingness to acquire this promptly.
• Joy in leadership tasks and in working with people.
• Appreciative, clear, and verbindlich communication.
• Organizational skill as well as a solution-oriented and team-oriented way of working.
• Interest in school development processes and pedagogical issues.
