Tasks & Challenges

• Independent real estate management of rental properties
• Coordination with tenants, craftsmen and other stakeholders
• Creating contracts and processing correspondence
• Telephone customer contact
• Apartment move-outs and move-ins
• Creating heating and utility cost statements
• Mutual support and substitution within the team

Qualifications & Competencies

• Commercial basic training or similar
• Several years of professional experience in real estate management
• Further training as a specialist with a federal diploma in real estate management is a great advantage
• Very independent, reliable and service-oriented way of working
• Very good language skills in German, English is an advantage
• Proficient IT skills, experience in ImmoTop
