We are looking for a project assistant to join our team and actively participate in the administrative monitoring of our company and our construction projects.

A true support in daily organization, you will work in collaboration with our site managers and ensure both the administrative management of the office and the monitoring of our projects in Messerli.

A varied position that requires rigor, autonomy and a good knowledge of the construction field.

Your responsibilities ###

Secretariat and administration

Management of telephone calls, mail and emails

Processing of correspondence

Filing and document management

Various administrative tasks necessary for the smooth running of the office

Administrative monitoring of projects

Administrative management of projects

Preparation and monitoring of documents related to construction sites

Establishment and monitoring of company contracts and amendments

Preparation and organization of project documentation

Entry and processing of payments in Messerli

Collaboration with the person responsible for the monitoring and financial control of projects

Your profile ###

CFC as a commercial employee

Professional experience in the construction field indispensable

Good mastery of the Messerli software

Very good mastery of MS Office tools

Excellent organizational and priority management skills

Rigorous, autonomous and proactive person

Very good mastery of French, both spoken and written

Driving license B
