As true ambassadors of Culligan in the field, they ensure quality service every day by delivering our products, performing simple interventions at our customers' premises, and actively contributing to their satisfaction. Your missions : You ensure the delivery of our products and carry out routine technical interventions at our customers' sites, respecting deadlines, internal procedures, and quality requirements. Concretely, you will be required to : •Ensure the delivery of our products to our customers within the deadlines. •Carry out routine technical interventions (installation, maintenance, repair, and hygiene services). Prepare your routes and ensure the follow-up of deliveries and interventions via our IT tools. •Guarantee quality customer service and represent the image of Culligan. •Identify commercial opportunities and report them according to procedures. •Ensure the good condition of your vehicle, participate in the life of the depot, and respect safety rules. Your profile : You enjoy working in the field, are autonomous, and appreciate contact with customers. Organized and dynamic, you are committed to providing quality service. You recognize yourself in the following points : •Heavy Goods Vehicle Driving License Category C indispensable. •Experience in delivery or a similar function. •Experience in simple technical interventions constitutes an advantage. •Good physical condition (regular handling). •Sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills. •Organization, autonomy, and reliability. •Ease with digital tools.
