Your demanding and varied tasks:

• You accompany and support people suffering from dementia in an individual and resource-oriented manner, thus contributing to their quality of life and their autonomy.
• You implement care measures with competence, regularly assume daily responsibility and ensure careful documentation of the care process.
• You provide your professional expertise in the field of dementia in a targeted manner in complex care situations and strengthen the teams in the professional management of behaviors related to dementia and challenges.
• You are responsible for professional development in the field of dementia, develop concepts and standards and promote the transfer of current knowledge into practice.
• You work in the morning and evening shifts until 21:15 and promote professional interdisciplinary collaboration.

Our requirements:

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or an equivalent training recognized in Switzerland.
• You have completed continuing education in the field of dementia (e.g. CAS / DAS) and possess proven experience in long-term care with specialization in dementia.
• You like to take on responsibilities, work autonomously and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary, transmit your practical knowledge and communicate in a respectful and professional manner.
• You are proficient in computer systems, ideally have experience with RAI LTCF and possess excellent knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
