To strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as: Specialist in Finance and Accounting / Trust Services including Group Accounting Responsibility Your contribution Responsibility for accounting for various companies within the group and the conglomerate Management of the general ledger as well as participation in creditor, debtor and asset accounting Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports as well as annual financial statements according to OR IKS assurance in the overall conglomerate in close cooperation with the Group CFO Participation and preparation of all tax documents including rulings Responsibility for budgeting, forecasting and liquidity planning Support in the financial care of real estate and construction projects Consolidation and reconciliation of group-internal processes and settlements Optimization and digitalization of financial and controlling processes Close cooperation with project managers, construction managers and management Support in strategic and cross-departmental projects within the group Your foundation self-employed, accurate and structured way of working entrepreneurial thinking and high initiative Team spirit, sense of responsibility and discretion completed further education in finance and accounting (e.g. specialist certificate) or comparable training several years of experience in finance and accounting Experience in preparing financial statements according to OR very good IT and ERP knowledge Experience in the construction, real estate or trust environment is an advantage Our cooperation At Toneatti AG and Novelli AG, you can expect a modern and family-friendly working environment with flat hierarchies, short decision-making paths and lived entrepreneurship.
