The essence of your activity: ###

• Responsibility for the lifecycle of selected clinical and administrative applications from introduction to replacement
• Ensuring stable, secure and efficient application operation
• Support and further development of interfaces and data flows between the various systems
• Collaboration in demanding digitalization and IT projects, especially during the introduction and further development of our new clinical information system (KIS), as well as assuming partial or project responsibility
• Advising and supporting the specialist departments in the optimization of processes and digital solutions
• Planning and coordination of releases, updates and changes
• Cooperation with internal specialist departments, manufacturers and external partners
• Conducting training and accompanying changes
• Participation in a regulated, rotating on-call service within the IT team

The basis of your performance: ###

• Training in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• Experience in application management; knowledge of the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Knowledge of clinical information systems (KIS), ERP solutions or comparable specialist applications
• Experience with interfaces and data flows (e.g. HL7, FHIR, DICOM or APIs)
• Ideally knowledge of ITIL processes
• Enjoyment of working with users from a wide variety of specialist departments
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation
