Client Representation / Project Manager Client (80 - 100%) ---------------------------------------------------------- What you will achieve with us • Management and execution of feasibility studies (variant studies, cost estimation, rough schedule planning, dependencies) according to SIA Phase 2 as well as condition analyses / expert reports for municipality-owned properties • Management of complex and demanding planning and construction projects • Procurement of planner and contractor services as well as conduct of tenders • Contribution to the preservation of value and maintenance of the properties (incl. preparation of bases for short-, medium- and long-term planning and in the preparation of budgets) • Representation of the municipality in project organizations, working groups and committees incl. controlling of costs, schedules and quality How you will impress us • Training as an architect, engineer (ETH or FH), construction manager or comparable position with several years of professional experience, ideally in a comparable position Applications via email please with reference F0XG24 in the subject.
