Head of Psychological Psychotherapy (m/f/d), 80-100%

At klaroADHS, we are currently building a new care area: psychological psychotherapy. You will not take over this area as a finished structure, but rather shape it from the ground up – professionally, organizationally, and in close exchange with our medical team. If you want to build something new instead of managing an existing system, this is your opportunity.

Your tasks

• You will help build the psychological psychotherapy offering at klaroADHS from the ground up and shape how it works
• You will take over the professional management and further development of this area
• You will treat patients yourself within the instruction model (Anordnungsmodell) and bring in your own professional touch
• You will work closely with our medical team and actively help shape this interface

Your profile

• University degree in psychology as well as a federal (or a foreign continuing education title recognized by the Confederation as equivalent) title in psychotherapy
• At least 3 years of psychotherapeutic professional experience, of which at least 12 months full-time equivalent at a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic institution recognized by SIWF
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Desire to take on responsibility and actively help shape an area instead of just managing it
