We at CSS help people lead a healthy life - whatever life holds in store for them. Perhaps our mission will soon be yours too? We would be pleased. We are a diverse group of ambitious people who want to make a difference. What connects us is our passion for being there for our customers. We help each other, stick together, and laugh a lot. And we prefer to celebrate successes together in a team. Do you bring industry experience and have already completed the VBV training - and would you like to make a difference together with us? Then we look forward to meeting you.

This is what your everyday life looks like ##

• To the core: You convince people of CSS and turn them into customers.
• You advise them personally, on the phone, by email, or also via video call - in very good German, preferably also in other languages.
• Our customer portfolio grows thanks to you through cross- and upselling.
• You work closely with your colleagues and you support each other in achieving common goals.
• Occasionally you look beyond the horizon and take on additional tasks or project work.

What you bring with you ##

• First and foremost: It is noticeable that you enjoy being around people - you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
• A completed vocational training in the commercial sector, in retail, or in another exciting profession - ideally with customer contact.
• You have experience in the health insurance industry and have ideally already acquired the VBV certificate.
• You can respond well to your counterpart, listen, and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments.
• Digitalization is not a foreign word to you - you can use a computer well.
• You have a large network of relationships and preferably live in the region.
