🔑 Responsibility for the letting and re-letting of apartments & commercial spaces – from termination to the handover of keys
💬 Contact person for tenants, owners and STWE communities – you ensure clarity and a good atmosphere
🏘️ Leading meetings and competent advice regarding condominium ownership
🔧 Coordination with caretakers, authorities, offices and tradespeople – you keep an overview
🧾 Ensuring the maintenance and operation of the properties – always with an eye on the essentials
💥 Processing damage cases and quickly initiating solutions
💰 Creating budgets in cooperation with the accounting department
📄 Various administrative tasks that you master with efficiency and structure

🏢 Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Real Estate Management or equivalent qualification
📅 Several years of experience in real estate management
