Your tasks

• You provide information to our customers regarding questions about contributions and benefits of social insurance, AHV, EL, IV and EO as well as municipal supplementary benefits.
• You support customers in filling out forms -- by telephone or at the counter.
• You check applications and registrations and forward them to the correct offices.
• You verify the KVG insurance obligation on behalf of the cantonal compensation fund.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training.
• Professional experience in the field of social insurance or public administration.
• You communicate politely and enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people.
• You recognize essentials quickly.
• Ideally, you enjoy speaking in other languages.
