Your tasks You take responsibility for demanding site developments in early SIA phases (1–3). You identify potential, create decision-making bases, and lead projects in a structured manner towards construction readiness. In doing so, you think and act like an owner. Strategic Development Leadership of rezoning, neighborhood, and design plan procedures Development of viable use and development strategies Responsibility for feasibility studies, profitability analyses, and investment bases Active co-design of competition and planning procedures You create added value, not just planning. Steering & Implementation Leadership of external planning teams up to the building permit Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and profitability Coordination of specialist experts as well as support for GW-/TU-awards Structured leadership of complex development processes You get projects rolling and keep them on course. Leadership & Responsibility Leadership of 2–3 project developers (approx. 30%) Sparring partner for Asset Management, Realization, Finance, and Marketing Confident representation towards authorities and stakeholders You take responsibility, both professionally and personally. Your profile You have a degree in architecture or civil engineering (ETH/FH) and bring at least ten years of experience in site development, ideally across several project phases. What particularly distinguishes you: Several years of leadership experience Entrepreneurial thinking and decisiveness Understanding of complex development processes from the perspective of developers and investors Assertiveness combined with diplomatic skill Interest in future topics such as sustainability, digitalization, BIM, or CO2 strategies Fluent German, good English skills You want to shape.
