Several positions are available to strengthen our agencies in the sectors of Genève, Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, and Fribourg. Each collaborator will be assigned to a single branch and its geographic sector.

Your missions

• Diagnose the overall financial situation of your clients, based on an in-depth knowledge of their real needs
• Propose objective solutions, strictly aligned with this diagnosis
• Ensure the follow-up, loyalty, and development of your portfolio, by building a flow of recommendations that makes you progressively autonomous in generating new clients

Your profile

• Residence in Switzerland mandatory (cross-border applications will not be considered)
• AFA certification mandatory (non-negotiable, up to date)
• Proven experience in personal finance, ideally acquired in health insurance or pension schemes
• Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
• Listening skills and a real desire to understand the client before advising
• Excellent oral and written communication level
• Proficiency in a language spoken by a significant community in French-speaking Switzerland (Portuguese, Albanian, English, for example) constitutes a plus, without being an exclusion criterion
• Ambition, rigor, and the desire to progress continuously
