About Our Client ##

Our client is a well-established multi-family office in Switzerland.

Job Description ##

• Integration within the financial structure ;
• Daily support to a Senior Wealth Manager for their HNWI / UHNWI client portfolio ;
• Responding to all client requests via telephone, email, video conferences and face-to-face appointments ;
• Liaison with partner custodian banks ;
• Opening and closing of bank accounts ;
• Cash management ;
• Transfers, wire transfers and payments ;
• Placing securities orders on all asset classes ;
• Preparation of investment proposals ;
• Pitching investment ideas to private HNWI / UHNWI clients ;
• Consolidation of client accounts ;
• KYC and client documentation ;
• AML compliance ;
• Reporting to clients and to Management ;
• Participation in daily office life.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Banking training or higher academic training in Finance, Economics or Management ;
• Similar and significant experience in management assistance and advisory in Wealth Management ;
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial instruments ;
• Good proficiency in the MS Office suite and banking programs ;
• Excellent command of the French language, both spoken and written ;
• Good command of the English language, both spoken and written ;
• Proficiency in the Turkish language as an asset ;
• Rigorous, stable, loyal, analytical & sense of client contact ;
• Discretion and sense of confidentiality.
