Clerk Finance and Accounting m/f/d 50-60%

For our client, we are looking for a committed personality as a Clerk Finance and Accounting m/f/d 50-60%. In this function, you are part of a small, professional finance team and, together with this team, ensure correct and efficient bookkeeping. Entry is immediate or by arrangement.

Tasks

• Management of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Accounts receivable management incl. dunning process
• Accounts payable and payment transactions
• Processing of bank and cash documents
• Collaboration on closings
• Settlement of credit card transactions

Profile

• Further training as a Clerk in Accounting
• Practical experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an SME
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office, experience with ERP systems is an advantage
• Structured, reliable and independent way of working
• Team-oriented personality with a high understanding of service
• Proficient German skills in spoken and written form
