Your tasks • You search for and acquire suitable parking spaces for new Mobility sites in predefined areas. • You maintain relationships with major parking space landlords • You document your results in the systems and manage lease contracts, payment processes and parking space signage • You support the development of processes and systems as well as projects and other initiatives What you bring • You are passionate about operational purchasing and the acquisition of services and surfaces - ideally, you already have experience in the real estate sector • You communicate clearly and professionally with internal specialist departments as well as with external partners such as parking space landlords and service providers • You enjoy autonomous work and team exchanges and enjoy actively participating in the development of tasks and processes • You have completed commercial training or a higher qualification, speak German fluently and have French knowledge at B2 level Participate with us in the management of tomorrow's parking spaces and make a decisive contribution to creating the foundations of tomorrow's mobility and promoting sustainable growth.
