My name is Senevita and I am one of the leading providers in the field of long-term care and support. I have many exciting apprenticeships to offer; in nursing, in hotel management, in the commercial sector, as well as in facility management. At the moment, around 210 apprentices are being trained with me. Imagine: over 200 young people have chosen me as their training company! Pretty cool, right? I am really proud of that!

What awaits you ##

You will start a varied and important profession with a future with us! No two days are the same: You take on responsibility, work with people and learn something new every day. In doing so, you can discover your strengths, develop yourself and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

During your training, you will support our residents in their everyday activities and help them with tasks that they can no longer perform independently. You will accompany them individually and actively participate in shaping their daily structure.

In addition, you will take on tasks in the field of medical technology. This includes, for example, the careful measurement of blood pressure, blood collection or the professional care and dressing of wounds.

Administrative and organizational tasks are also part of your varied everyday professional life. You will work closely with various specialists, exchange ideas within the team and discuss together the best possible care and nursing of our residents.

• You have completed secondary school or achieved good results in Realschule and have good German skills in speaking and writing.
• You are interested in the exciting and versatile field of nursing and enjoy working with people.
• You approach our residents with empathy, respect and openness.
• You are reliable, service-oriented and can quickly understand and implement new things.
• You work carefully and responsibly and are ready to take on responsibility.
• You enjoy working in a great team and like to contribute your strengths and ideas.
• You bring team spirit, humor and good manners.
• You are physically and mentally resilient and keep a cool head even in challenging situations.
