You develop creative solutions according to H&M guidelines and support the increase in turnover. You: • implement visual and commercial presentations as well as window displays and styling in accordance with store guidelines, for an inspiring customer experience. • ensure good maintenance of merchandise and guarantee appropriate stocks in store. • analyze sales reports (KPI) with the store management, prioritize visual opportunities, and implement measures to increase turnover and store objectives. • stay informed about the fashion scene, trends, styles, and products. • possess the ability to express yourself clearly and in a service-oriented manner in German (at least level B2). • have experience in fashion retail and know the requirements of a dynamic sales environment.
