For several established and growth-oriented trust companies in German-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for experienced mandate managers who want to bring their technical expertise into an entrepreneurially shaped environment. Your role: In this position, you will take over the independent management of demanding SME mandates and act as the direct contact person for your customers in all trust-related matters. Depending on experience, there is the possibility of taking on additional leadership responsibilities and actively contributing to the further expansion of the site. Your main tasks Independent management of national and international mandates (SMEs from various industries) Technical and personnel management, coaching and development of a team of trust specialists (depending on seniority) Management of financial accounting and preparation of interim and annual financial statements Preparation of VAT returns and tax returns for natural and legal persons Advising customers on business and tax matters Your profile Several years of professional experience in trust (mandatory) Further training as a trustee with a federal certificate of proficiency or in training for this (advantageous) Independent, structured and mandate-oriented way of working Enjoyment of direct customer contact and long-term mandate relationships What to expect Clear and realistic partner perspective (depending on experience) Long-term development opportunities in a stable trust structure Independent work with a large scope of action Attractive employment conditions incl. home office Market-based salary Appreciative corporate culture with short decision-making paths Note: We are managing several discreet mandates for established trust companies.
