Building Drafter 80-100% CDI (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Create preliminary design, design, execution, and detail plans
• Establish technical files and the documents necessary for the different phases of the projects
• Model and update projects on Archicad
• Collaborate closely with architects and the various project stakeholders
• Ensure the monitoring and adaptations of plans according to the evolution of the mandates
• Ensure the quality, precision, and compliance of the documents produced
• Actively participate in the coordination and smooth running of the projects

Profile

• CFC in Building Drafting
• Good mastery of Archicad or willingness to quickly develop your skills on this software
• Excellent technical understanding and sense of detail
• Ability to work independently while enjoying teamwork
• Curious, proactive, and motivated personality
