To continue its development, Milliquet SA wants to strengthen its technical team by recruiting a: Sanitary Foreman / Sanitary Technician (H/F) at 100%. Sanitary Foreman / Sanitary Technician (H/F) - Romanel-sur-Lausanne | 100% | MILLIQUET. True field conductor, you take charge of projects from the study phase and ensure their complete management until final billing. You occupy a key interface role between the technical office and the assembly teams. Site and site management: Supervision of assembly teams; Coordination of subcontractors; Preparation and organization of sites (access, methodology, materials, tools); Supervision of commissioning, quality control, and conformity of installations; Management of unforeseen events and resolution of field problems; Main interlocutor on the site and representation of the company to clients and partners; Strict respect for standards and safety rules; Establishment of site reports. Office and technical/financial follow-up: Analysis of customer needs and development of offers (SNAP); Participation in project calculation and study; Complete management of small sites autonomously and co-management of large-scale projects in collaboration with the Project Director; Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and profitability of projects; Management of material releases and anticipation of human and material needs; Communication of directives and objectives to teams; Contribution to the development of new businesses. Sanitary installer CFC, or equivalent training; Federal sanitary foreman certificate or sanitary master diploma, a real asset; Confirmed experience in managing sanitary sites; Excellent mastery of laying techniques and current standards; Experience in calculation and establishment of offers (SNAP an asset); Natural leadership and strong proximity to the field; Organized, structured, and solution-oriented person; Category B driving license required.
