The offer includes geriatric care in elderly residential groups – including specialized offers for people with dementia, addiction diseases, or gerontopsychiatric needs – as well as care in neurological residential groups. ### Your area of responsibility • Supporting the team leader in leading and promoting a team of approx. 16 employees • Co-responsible for the implementation of technical-specific guidelines and compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements in the area • Ensuring individual care and support while considering the needs of the residents • Night responsibility and participation in care Your profile • Training as a Dipl.
